About Carys

Carys currently plays for Trailfinders Women, having previously played for Worcester. She qualifies for Wales internationally and has earned 13 caps for her country, including appearances in this season’s Guinness Women’s Six Nations. Away from rugby, she holds two first-class degrees in Sports Science and Nursing. She recently transitioned to full-time rugby, having previously juggled her playing career with part-time nursing work.
